We’re a passionate, independent tabletop gaming events company based in Manchester, we run a range of events, in various venues across the city. As well as being available to hire for private functions such as, student socials,team building family activity days, weddings or any event you'd like to add a fun interactive element to.
We aim to introduce board gaming to as many people as possible by making our events as welcoming as possible.
Starting from the corner of a pub in 2017, we now have events in amazing venues around the city though the week –
A game library of over 300 titles-
Hundreds of individual attendees-
And our Awesome Weekender events are growing from strength to strength.

Unfortunately our Tuesday Student Games Night at @theunionmmu will not continue next term. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us over the past two years, embracing our Games Library and making D&F a vibrant part of your student life. It has been a true joy to meet and engage with all of you, and we wish you immense success in your studies and future endeavors.
We understand this news may be disappointing for many, and we are actively seeking a new venue to maintain our student-focused gaming night. Please stay tuned for updates as we navigate this change.

All one level, Apart from the container section which is 2 steps, but plenty of gaming done in the area before the container.

All one Level from entry to event space (lift available to all floors.

Most of our gaming is done in the 1st floor hall, (though we have no issue with people taking games to more accessible areas and our hosts will happily help fetching games).
We recommend reading GRUBs accessibility info as the hall may be accessible through the cinema.

Our gaming event at PSBH is upstairs with no lift available. We apologise for this.

Unfortunately we are in the downstairs event area of the venue with no lift available. There is also stairs into the upstairs area of the bar.
General
All our events happen in bars which means they can be louder than you might expect at a board game event and lighting dimmed in the evenings. Although we do try to keep this as unintrusive as possible, some people find this an issue.
Service animals are welcome at all venues.
